The console CMS is not seeded

Every word in this console is read from Firestore at runtime. There is deliberately no English fallback, so nothing is rendered until the copy exists. Seed it and the console appears.

The one command that fixes it, from the repo root:

npx tsx scripts/seed-lingo.ts --prod

Drop --prod to seed the emulator instead. The script is create-only, so re-running it never clobbers an edit made in the admin.
